Not every brand or type of the batteries are suitable to use for smart lock, at DKY Smart, we only recommend MAXELL Alkaline Batteries (Get it from Shopee MY now) .
Even the batteries of your smart lock might can use up to 12 or 18 months, but it is better to check the balance percentage thru the app on every 2 or 3 months.
FRIENDLY REMINDER, please DO NOT:
- Mix the old and new batteries
- Mix the different brand of the batteries
- Using the heavy duty batteries
- Using the rechargeable batteries
- Using the batteries of cheap and the brand that not recommend for smart lock
